• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. WidgetLive cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.

2. Your Content

• Ownership: You retain all rights in and to the content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("Your Content").
• License to WidgetLive: By submitting Your Content, you grant WidgetLive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform Your Content in connection with the Service and WidgetLive's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
• Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to publish Your Content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, abuse, or otherwise interfere with the Service or any third party. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming others.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
• Using the Service to create or distribute illegal or harmful content.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the Service.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Pricing: Prices for our services are subject to change upon 30 days' notice from WidgetLive.
• Billing: You will be billed on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually), as specified in your chosen plan.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by WidgetLive.
• Manual Payments: For manual payment methods (e.g., UPI/GPay), your plan activation is subject to manual verification and approval, which may take up to 1 business day.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WidgetLive makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WidgetLive, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
